Propuesta de reglamento para la Biblioteca "Familia Sureda" del Club de Gimnasia y Esgrima La Plata

| Resumen: | El presente informe tiene como objetivo elaborar el reglamento de la Biblioteca Familia Sureda, perteneciente al Club de Gimnasia y Esgrima La Plata (GELP) -una de las instituciones deportivas y culturales más antiguas del país, que data de 1887-, considerando que el mismo juega un rol de suma importancia para la gestión de la unidad de información, su consolidación ante la Comisión Directiva del Club y la convivencia de las personas que forman parte de esta institución social. Para ello, se ha realizado un relevamiento bibliográfico a fin de establecer el concepto y principales características de los términos reglamento de biblioteca y club deportivo, así como conocer la existencia de este tipo de normativa en las organizaciones estudiadas. Asimismo, se han observado los sitios web y las redes sociales oficiales de los clubes deportivos argentinos -específicamente los de Primera División A y B (56 en total)-, para detectar áreas culturales y menciones a bibliotecas. El relevamiento anterior se ha complementado con la elaboración y envío de una encuesta a los representantes de áreas culturales y comisiones directivas. Considerando la temporada 2020, se ha detectado la existencia de bibliotecas en funcionamiento en 10 clubes (18), mayormente mantenidas por bibliotecarios o socios de manera voluntaria, y con poco reconocimiento y apoyo de las comisiones directivas de dichas instituciones. Sin embargo, el esfuerzo de los empleados, voluntarios, socios e hinchas hacen que estas unidades de información sigan funcionando. Finalmente, se brinda información sobre el Club de Gimnasia y Esgrima La Plata, su Subcomisión de Cultura y la Biblioteca, proponiendo un reglamento cuyo texto se espera sirva de modelo para este tipo de unidades de información en particular. The main purpose of this report is to elaborate the regulation for the Familia Sureda Library, belonging to the Club de Gimnasia y Esgrima La Plata (GELP) -one of the oldest sports and cultural institutions in the country, founded in 1887-, considering that this regulation plays an extremely important role for the management of this library, its consolidation in the view of the Club's Board of Directors and the coexistence of the people who are part of this social institution. In order to accomplish this regulation, a bibliographic research has been carried out in order to establish the concept and main characteristics of the terms library regulations and sports club, as well as to know the existence of this type of regulation in the organizations studied. Likewise, the websites and official social networks of Argentine sports clubs - specifically those of the First Division A and B (56 in total) - have been observed to detect cultural areas and mentions of libraries. The previous research has been complemented with the preparation and sending of a poll to representatives of cultural areas and directive committees. Considering the 2020 season, the existence of libraries in operation has been detected in 10 clubs (18), mostly maintained by librarians or members on a voluntary basis, and with little recognition and support from the governing committees of these institutions. However, the efforts of employees, volunteers, members and fans keep these information units working. Finally, information about the Club, its Subcomisión de Cultura and Library is provided in this report, proposing a regulation which text is expected to serve as a model for this type of information units in particular. |
