El '72 en Santa Fe : contienda política y un "azo" en la memoria

| Resumen: | En el marco del ciclo de protesta que se desplegó en Santa Fe entre los años 1969-1973, proponemos analizar las acciones de diferentes actores movilizados que hacia el año 1972 constituyeron episodios de contienda política (McAdam, Tarrow, Tilly, 2005). Bajo el prisma conceptual de la triada actores-acciones-identidades estudiaremos este momento histórico empleando una metodología cualitativa de análisis de fuentes escritas y orales. Contamos con el periódico local El Litoral, volantes y comunicados de organizaciones políticas y sindicales, entrevistas orales y testimonios provenientes de memoriales producidos en torno al aniversario de algunos de los hechos. Cronológicamente los acontecimientos que estudiamos van desde el intento de secuestro del intendente Conrado Puccio por Montoneros en febrero de 1972 y el impacto hacia el interior de la organización político-militar (OPM); la Lucha por el Medio Boleto llevado adelante por estudiantes secundarios y el paro activo realizado por trabajadores municipales nucleados en el gremio de ASOEM que provocó la destitución del intendente Conrado Puccio por un interventor policial -Francisco Sgabassi- y culminó en el recordado "Manzanazo" a fines de junio de 1972. Within the context of the series of protests that tookplace in Santa Fe between 1969 and 1973, our goal is to analyzethe different actions of the parts involved in the mobilization thatuntil 1972 represented episodes of political contests (McAdam,Tarrow, Tilly, 2005). Keeping the same conceptual filter of thethree elements actors, actions and identities we will observe thishistorical moment using a qualitative methodology of the analysisof oral and written sources. We can rely on the local newspaper: El Litoral, leaflets and statements political and tradeunion organizations, oral interviews and declarations obtainedon occasion of the anniversary of the facts. Chronological theevents that we analyze are going ?om: the attempt of kidnappingof the mayor Conrado Puccio by the hands of Montoneros inFebruary 1972 and the internal impact on the political-militaryorganization OPM; the fight called "Medio Boleto" (Half priceticket) realized by students and the active strike carried out bymunicipal employees involved in the union of ASOEM that causedthe destitution of the mayor Conrado Puccio leaving the place to apolice controller named Francisco Sgabassi and that ended with thementioned "Manzanazo". |
