AB  - El Estadio Olímpico João Havelange es multifuncional -juegos, deportes, competiciones, compras, shows, espectáculos musicales- debido a la flexibilidad que propone el diseño. Se proyectó en seis niveles: posee un edificio administrativo anexo con hbaitaciones de apoyo a distintas funciones y estacionamiento. Se prevee que su implantación genere un proceso de transformación a nivel barrial.
