| Resumen: | La agricultura familiar se desarrolla en la zona rural de la ciudad de Viedma-Río Negro desde hace más de 70 años, desde ese momento hasta la actualidad un sin número de familias trabajan la tierra para obtener alimento y llevarlo a nuestros hogares. A lo largo de estos años los métodos y las formas de producir esos alimentos se han ido transformando, reapareciendo en los últimos diez años la agroecología como alternativa. Con este escenario surge El colectivo agroecológico el cual nuclea productores, consumidores y variados especialistas locales interesados en esta temática y su desarrollo. En este trabajo tenemos como objetivo reconstruir los procesos de familias productoras que transitan de una agricultura convencional a una agricultura agroecológica, dentro de una economía social en la zona de IDEVI-Viedma Rio Negro entre 2013 y 2020. Buscamos recuperar el camino que hacen productores familiares, analizando las prácticas económicas y sentidos que asignan a la forma de producción agroecológica, reconstruir la trayectoria de la transición agroecológica y problematizar la experiencia de las prácticas agroecológicas, como estrategia para el desarrollo de la economía social y la agricultura familiar. Destacando las particularidades y profundizando en las diversas transiciones que atraviesan las familias para llevar a cabo esta tarea. Family farming has been developed in the rural area of the city of Viedma-Río Negro for more than 70 years. From that moment to the present, countless families work the land to obtain food and bring it to our homes. Throughout these years the methods and ways of producing these foods have been transforming, with agroecology reappearing as an alternative in the last ten years. With this scenario, the agroecological collective arises, which brings together farmers, consumers and various local specialists interested in this topic and its development. In this work we aim to reconstruct the processes of farming families that transition from conventional agriculture to agroecological agriculture, within a social economy in the IDEVI-Viedma-Rio Negro area between 2013 and 2020. We seek to recover the path that family farmers take, analyzing the economic practices and meanings that they assign to agroecological farming, reconstruct the trajectory of the agroecological transition and discuss how they experience agroecological practices, as a strategy for the development of the social economy and family agriculture. Highlighting the particularities and delving into the various transitions that families go through to carry out this task. |
