AB  - Este trabajo procuramos establecer relaciones conceptuales significativas entre las teorías de Hermann Cohen y de Johann G. Fichte. Comparamos ambos conceptos de autoconciencia, relación legal y Estado, a fin de de investigar la recepción del idealismo de Fichte en la Etica de la voluntad pura de Hermann Cohen. También consideramos el rol del cuerpo en la determinación de los derechos básicos de la ciudadanía.
AB  - In this work we intend to establish significant relationships between Hermann Cohen´s and Johann G. Fichte´s theories. We compare both concepts of selfconciousness, legal relationship and state, in order to research the reception of Fichte´s idealism in Hermann Cohen´s Ethics of the pure will. We also consider the role of the body in the determination of the basic rights of citizenship.
