Resumen:At all levels, micro, meso and macro, the territories, through their evolution, are the scene of multiple interactions between institutional, social, economic and scientific actors. These interactions can be analyzed in three ways: a) the deployment of "axiological vectors" bearing on the territory itself, b) four capabilities: control adaptation, transformation and logusglobalisation and c) simultaneous modes of intervention: bottom-up and top-down. Case studies in Latin America, Europe and South America indicate variations in the matrix of actors and three axes of analysis aforementioned.
A toutes les échelles, micro, meso et macro, les territoires sont, à travers leur évolution, les lieux d'interactions multiples entre acteurs institutionnels, sociaux, economiques et scientifiques. Ces interactions peuvent être analysées selon trois axes : a) le déploiement de "vecteurs axiologiques" prenant appui sur le territoire en soi ; b) les quatre capacités de contrôle, d'adaptation, de transformation et de logusglobalisation et c) la simultanéité des modes d'intervention ascendant et descendant. Des études de cas en Amérique latine, en Europe et en Amérique du Sud indiquent des variations dans la matrice des acteurs et des trois axes d'analyse.^lfr
