AB  - En este trabajo me propongo indagar en las prácticas de consumo realizadas por los pobladores rurales del noroeste chubutense durante la primera mitad del siglo XX, ya que me interesa profundizar el conocimiento sobre los cambios y continuidades en sus modos de vida durante la etapa territoriana. Para ello analizo de forma comparada el desarrollo de anuncios publicitarios orientados a la promoción de productos (alimenticios, esparcimiento, vestimenta, etc.) que se encuentran en semanarios de tirada regional cuyos ejemplares forman parte de la colección de Hemeroteca de la Biblioteca Pública Nicolás Avellaneda, en la ciudad de Esquel.
AB  - In this work I propose to investigate the consumption practices carried out by the rural inhabitants of the northwest of Chubut province, Argentina, during the first half of the 20th century since I am interested in deepening the knowledge about the changes and continuities in their lifeway during the territorial stage. For this, I will analyze in a comparative way, the development of advertisements, which is oriented to the promotion of products (food, entertainment, clothing, etc.) that are found in regional weekly newspapers. These are part of the Nicolás Avellaneda Public Library's newspaper collection, on the city of Esquel.
