AB  - La política científica ha tenido en los últimos años una orientación regresiva que nos enfrenta hoy a una crisis que pretende ser una re-significación. Considero que el núcleo de ese supuesto cambio de paradigma es el planteo de una falsa dicotomía entre investigación básica y aplicada, asociado al auge de un giro tecnológico entendido únicamente como la alianza de la investigación con el mercado para obtener productos rápidamente comercializables. ¿Estamos realmente frente a una propuesta de cambio epistemológico en el sistema científico? ¿O asistimos simplemente a travestidos intentos de justificaciones para llevar a cabo recortes presupuestarios para el sector?
AB  - Scientific policy has had a regressive orientation in recent years that confronts us today with a crisis that aims to be a re-signification. I believe that the core of this supposed change of paradigm is the posing of a false dichotomy between basic and applied research, associated with the rise of a technological turn understood only as the alliance of research with the market to obtain rapidly marketable products. Are we really facing a proposal for epistemological change in the scientific system? Or do we simply attend to transvestite attempts at justifications to carry out budget cuts for the sector?
