AB  - Leer a Manuel Puig desde su archivo implica necesariamente una operación que desmonta (al mismo tiempo que atenta contra) la pulsión jerarquizante y clasificatoria con que la crítica históricamente interpretó su obra. Desde una perspectiva geneticista y archifilológica, lo que el archivo revela es una relación dinámica entre sus papeles que se ramifican, no siguiendo líneas de subordinación, sino en la forma de un rizoma, donde todo elemento puede afectar o incidir en cualquier otro.
AB  - Reading Manuel Puig from his archive necessarily implies an operation that dismantles (at the same time that it attempts against) the hierarchical and classifying drive with which critics have historically interpreted his work. From a geneticist and archiphilological perspective, what the archive reveals is a dynamic relationship between its ramifying papers, not following lines of subordination, but in the form of a rhizome, where any element can affect or influence any other.
