AB  - El personaje del idiota ha sido recuperado por la filosofía contemporánea para pensar una política del acontecimiento y una forma de comunidad y convivencia entre lógicas diversas de existencia. En este artículo, quisiera considerar dos de estas teorías, la de Gilles Deleuze y la de Isabelle Stengers, con el objetivo de indicar ciertos puntos que juzgo problemáticos y, a la vez, un modo posible de afrontar dichos problemas. Como paso previo, y a fin de comprender estas propuestas filosóficas, explicaré, a partir de un análisis del príncipe Myshkin, el personaje de Dostoyevski, los rasgos principales que definen a la figura del idiota.
AB  - Contemporary philosophy has returned to the character of the idiot to consider a politics of the event and a form of community and coexistence among diverse logics of existence. In this paper I will examine two of these theories, namely Gilles Deleuze's and Isabelle Stengers's, in order to indicate certain aspects that I consider problematic as well as a way of addressing those issues. To ensure understanding of both philosophical approaches, I will first explain the key features that define the character of the idiot and I will illustrate them by analysing Prince Myshkin, the Dostoevskian character.
