AB  - Este escrito se estructura a partir de una serie de interrogantes que problematiza algunas cuestiones referidas a la actual práctica pedagógica. Se presenta y propone un eje reflexivo en torno al vínculo que se establece entre: educación-saber-sabor. Bajo estas premisas nos preguntamos acerca de cómo resignificar los encuentros/des-encuentros que se producen hoy dentro del aula entre adultos-docentes y jóvenes- estudiantes.
AB  - The following writing is structured from a series of questions that problematizes some questions referring to the present pedagogical practice. It presents and proposes a reflexive axis around the link that is established between: education-know-taste. Under these premises we ask ourselves how to re-mean the encounters / dis-encounters that occur today within the classroom between adult-teachers and young-students.
