AB  - En este artículo repasaré las relaciones entre el derecho internacional y local en Argentina en relación con los derechos de las mujeres. El período corre entre comienzos del siglo XX, cuando surge el sufragismo en Argentina, y 1949 cuando tuvo lugar en Buenos Aires la Asamblea Extraordinaria de la Comisión Interamericana de Mujeres. Me propongo revisar las relaciones de sincronía y destiempo entre las normativas internacionales, nacionales de Argentina y el papel del movimiento sufragista local e internacional.
AB  - In this article I will review the relationship between international and local law in Argentina in relation to women's rights. The period runs between the beginning of the 20th century, when suffragism emerged in Argentina, and 1949 when the Extraordinary Assembly of the Inter-American Commission of Women held in Buenos Aires. It is proposed to review the relations of synchrony and untimely between the international, national regulations of Argentina and the role of the local and international suffrage movement.
