AB  - Desde una perspectiva del estudio de las ideas político-pedagógicas, el artículo explora los contenidos, conceptos, temas y problemáticas que caracterizaron la producción discursiva de los organismos internacionales como segmento constitutivo del campo intelectual de la educación y como una contribución a la historia reciente en este campo. En términos empíricos se estudian, desde una perspectiva comparada, dos producciones fundamentales para América Latina y el Caribe llevados a cabo por un conjunto de organismos internacionales: el Proyecto Desarrollo y Educación en América Latina y el Caribe (UNESCO-CEPAL-PNUD) entre 1976 y 1981 y el Proyecto Principal de Educación para América Latina y el Caribe (UNESCO) entre 1981 y 1989.
AB  - This article analyzes the content, concepts, issues and problems that characterized the discursive production of international organizations -as a sector constituting the intellectual field of education and as a contribution to recent history in this field- from the perspective of the study of political and pedagogical ideas. It studies, in empirical terms and from a comparative perspective, two major productions for Latin America and the Caribbean carried out by a group of international organizations: the Development and Education Project in Latin America and the Caribbean (CEPAL-UNESCO-UNDP) between 1976 and 1981, and the Major Project of Education in Latin America and the Caribbean (UNESCO) between 1981 and 1989.
