Crisis sistémica del orden mundial, transición hegemónica y nuevos actores en el escenario global

| Resumen: | Los primeros veinte años del presente Siglo nos muestran una agudización de las tensiones y disputas geopolíticas que han convulsionado el escenario internacional, y en donde se vislumbran cambios tectónicos que pueden implicar desplazamientos y reconfiguraciones geoeconómicas y geopolíticas a nivel global. En este marco, el presente trabajo se propone analizar las transformaciones estructurales en el capitalismo contemporáneo, describiendo los nuevos actores que aparecen en el escenario internacional y cómo su ascenso impacta en la territorialidad del poder y en la forma dominante de Estado. Finalmente, se analizará el proceso actual de crisis y transición hegemónica, especialmente el proceso de transición hacia una multipolaridad relativa y el dinamismo del Asia Pacífico como centro de gravedad del poder mundial. The first twenty years of this century show us a sharpening of geopolitical tensions and disputes that have convulsed the international scene, and where tectonic changes are glimpsed that may imply displacements and geoeconomic and geopolitical reconfigurations at a global level. In this framework, this paper aims to analyze the structural transformations in contemporary capitalism, describing the new actors that appear on the international scene and how their rise impacts the territoriality of power and the dominant form of the State. Finally, the current process of crisis and hegemonic transition will be analyzed, especially the process of transition towards a relative multipolarity and the dynamism of Asia Pacific as the center of gravity of world power. |
