China pospandemia : ¿Motor, salvavidas o nuevo paradigma civilizatorio?

| Resumen: | Mientras la pospandemia se hace esperar, el sistema internacional transita paulatina pero firmemente hacia nuevos centros de gravedad, que abarcan lo económico, lo político, lo social y lo ideológico-cultural. El COVID-19 ha develado crudamente la crisis del sistema internacional, configurado luego de la Segunda Guerra Mundial, y ha mostrado con certeza la imposibilidad de las potencias centrales para encabezar la recuperación económica, social y sanitaria de la pandemia. Si podemos imaginar una pospandemia para los tiempos venideros, no vendrá de la mano de las potencias occidentales, sino todo lo contrario. La pospandemia, irremediablemente, fortalecerá el papel que ha venido cumpliendo la República Popular China como salvavidas económico de la recuperación global, como centro gravedad de la producción manufacturera, como motor de la contención y vacunación mundial contra el COVID-19 y, principalmente, y debido a la efectividad de sus políticas sociales en su pueblo, como nuevo horizonte civilizatorio para la humanidad. While the post-pandemic is waiting, the international system moves gradually but firmly towards new centers of gravity, which include the economic, the political, the social and the ideological-cultural. COVID-19 has crudely revealed the crisis of the international system, configured after the Second World War, and has shown with certainty the impossibility of the central powers to lead the economic, social and health recovery from the pandemic. If we can imagine a post-pandemic for the times to come, it will not come from the hand of the Western powers, but quite the opposite. The post-pandemic will inevitably strengthen the role that the People's Republic of China has been playing as an economic lifeline for global recovery, as a center of gravity for manufacturing production, as an engine for global containment and vaccination against COVID-19 and, mainly, and due to the effectiveness of his social policies in his town, as a new civilizing horizon for humanity. |
