AB  - El presente trabajo se enmarca en el proyecto de investigación y transferencia en áreas prioritarias Parador Ecológico en Brandsen (2012-2014) que se ha desarrollado como una experiencia interdisciplinaria entre la Facultad de Ciencias Económicas y la Facultad de Arquitectura y Urbanismo (UNLP). El trabajo plantea incorporar el concepto de paisaje, sustentabilidad y medio ambiente al marco teórico del proyecto, con el objetivo de superar las ideas restringidas de ambiente y ecología, conformando un proyecto integral de paisaje. La metodología proyectual contempla el diagnóstico para el predio, afectado por las actividades extractivas, el programa de necesidades, el diseño de las edificaciones y talleres participativos. Se busca poner el acento en acciones tendientes a la remediación del pasivo ambiental, conformando un nuevo espacio de encuentro para la comunidad que contenga actividades recreativas, de carácter turístico y educación ambiental.
AB  - The present work is part of the Research and Transfer Project in Priority Areas Parador Ecológico project in Brandsen (2012-2014) developed as an interdisciplinary experience involving the School of Economic Sciences and the School of Architecture and Urbanism (UNLP). The work proposes to incorporate the concept of landscape, sustainability and environment into the theoretical framework of the project, with the aim of overcoming the restricted ideas of environment and ecology, conceiving an integral landscape project. The project methodology contemplates the plot's diagnosis, affected by the extractive activities, the needs program, the design of the buildings and participatory workshops. The aim is to focus on actions aspiring at the remediation of the environmental liability, establishing a new meeting space for the community that contains recreational activities, tourism and environmental education.
