AB  - Este trabajo hace foco en los cautivos indios, personajes ignorados por la historia oficial, que también fueron víctimas acalladas, fruto de la ambivalente relación -pacífica y violenta- entre el mundo indígena y español. Se pone énfasis en la política oficial seguida a partir de su cautiverio, atendiendo de manera especial al reparto, a la modalidad de los depósitos, distinguiéndose aquellos emanados a partir de otras causales.
AB  - This work focuses on the captive Indians, ignored characters in the official history, that were silenced victims too, fruit of the ambivalent relationship -pacific and violent- between the indigenous and Spanish world. The emphasis is put in the official policy since its captivity, giving special attention to the distribution, the modality of deposits, distinguishing those emanated from other causes.
