AB  - El proemio de "Odisea", aparentemente compuesto de manera poco coherente, en realidad presenta - apoyándose precisamente en la multiformidad - informaciones esenciales para el desarrollo de la acción y de la caracterización de su principal héroe. Comenzando por las posibles significaciones de "polútropos" (v.1), este artículo busca dilucidar importantes formulaciones y movimientos exhibidos en esa introducción y de esa manera demostrar que ella adelanta enteramente coordinadas fundamentales de "Odisea".
AB  - The proem of the "Odyssey", apparently loosely composed, actually presents - basing itself precisely upon multiformity - information that is essential to the development of action and the characterization of its main hero. Starting with some possible meanings for "polútropos" (v.1), this paper tries to elucidate the main formulations and movements displayed by this beginning and so demonstrate that it fully anticipates important coordinates of the "Odyssey".
