AB  - Para la ubicación de la biblioteca se optó por un terreno municipal situado frente a la plaza y cercano al teatro, para generar un conjunto cultural. Se dividió el programa en tres plantas, creando espacios de variadas alturas. Un patio interior articula distintas funciones.
